Adventure Playground

Coming soon it will feature state of the art play equipment to cover children from ages 4 to 11  and will feature all the latest safety flooring.

Local Attractions

The Churnet Valley Railway is a great place for a day out  under a mile from the Bird centre it offers a nostalgic and exciting  look back at  yesteryear with the chance to travel on steam and diesel trains from times gone by.

Visit our Tea Room and Shop

Walkers, cyclists and those visiting the wildlife park are welcome
The tea room serves both hot and cold drinks together with cakes, sandwiches, Ice Cream and other Tasty snacks.

A wide range of gifts and educational material are also on sale.
